Mira Kivistö — a consultant who's more colleague than consultant.
Mira Kivistö has built ConTe Oy's services on a long and multi-disciplinary background. She holds an M.Sc. (Econ.) and a Bachelor of Political Science, and has also studied psychology, service design and multiculturalism. Mira is a certified Business Coach, SHL personnel assessor, Peili and Reiss Motivation Profile coach, as well as an EFQM trainer and assessor.
Her approach is practical and people-centred — strategy comes to life when it becomes part of everyday work. At the same time both results and well-being at work improve.
Client feedback comes back with the same words again and again: knowledgeable, inspiring, relaxed and approachable, as well as genuinely customer-oriented.
